Black and gold combination on a sunny day how cool is that ! I am not usually wearing a lot of skirt, I'm even more use to wear a dress under sweater than an actual real skirt...But well there is time when I feel like wearing a nice girly skirt like this day where I went to visit Columbia University, which by the way is a beautiful, peaceful and quiet university, wish my university was as cool as this one !

Les jupes et moi ce n'est certainement pas l'amour fou, j'ai plus tendance à porter une robe en dessous d'un gros pull que de porter une vrai petite jupe. Mais je dois bien avouer qu'en ce moment je craque de plus en plus sur quelques jupes comme celle-ci. Elle a donc été mon fidèle compagnon lors de ma visite de Columbia !

Today was an incredible day in New York, the sun was out and the warm weather felt so good... Yep I was actually able to feel the sun on my skin, quite a miracle over here. Waking up in the big apple seeing a bright blue sky made me feel so lucky and happy. If happiness should be a color it definitely would be blue -well at least for me- so today I went for a navy look with a lovely printed pant and soft sweater jacket from Club Monaco.

Alléluia il fait enfin chaud à New York, bon d'accord on est encore bien loin des températures printanières de la France mais atteindre un petit 10 degrés c'est tout de même ce que j'attendais avec impatience depuis plus de deux mois ! Passer une journée à se balader sans grelotter...le bonheur absolu -si si je vous assure- j'ai donc enfilé une petite tenue confortable afin de profiter pleinement de mon petit paradis.

I know NYFW happened in February and we are now in March but well, you have to follow me on Instagram to have some live news -ahah- So yep I got the chance to see some of the MBFW shows this year and I am pretty happy about it since it was a great experience as you can imagine !

Oui oui je sais la fashion week new yorkaise s'est terminé il y a déjà un petit bout de temps, mais bon il fallait me suivre sur Instagram pour voir les photos en temps réel -ahah- Cette année j'ai eu la chance d'assister à de sublimes défilés et laissez-moi vous dire que c'était plutôt cool, mais ça vous vous en doutez sûrement !

When I was in France I never used to shop at Gap, don't ask me why I just never crossed my mind. But while I was shopping in downtown New York last week, out of curiosity I went in to take a look. Let me tell you I was greatly surprised in a good way and as you can see I didn't leave the store empty-handed since I had a huge crush on this blue bomber jacket. What do you guys think about it ? Do you love it as much as I do ?

Pour être honnête en France je n'avais jamais mis les pieds dans un magasin Gap. Pourquoi ? Je ne sais pas, cela ne m'a simplement jamais traversé l'esprit. Ici, voyant des boutiques Gap à tous les coins de rues, je me suis dit pourquoi ne pas jeter un coup d'oeil par curiosité, chose faite et je ne suis pas déçue ! Je dois avouer que j'ai été agréablement surprise et comme vous pouvez le voir je ne suis pas repartie les mains vides -ahah-

I love NYC during the day but I truly love it even more when the sun comes down. You will never feel so much amazed than when you got to walk around at night in the city that never sleep. Well that 's obviously the reason New York is so unique and magic. Yesterday during a perfect sunset moment I thought I should share a bit of this magic with you guys.

Lorsque la nuit tombe sur New York c'est un peu comme-ci une nouvelle journée commençait, les lumières s'allument et un sentiment magique s'empare de vous. C'est la raison pour laquelle New York est une ville tellement à part, tellement magique et envoûtante. Hier lors d'une promenade à Roosevelt Island, à la tombée de la nuit, j'ai eu envie de vous faire partager un peu de cette magie.

New York fashion week is here, and this year I got the chance to see some of those sweet MBFW shows, I'll tell you more about it pretty soon ! Even if the cold, the snow and the wind are well present, everyone gets overdressed which means wearing high heels on the snow as well as wearing short when it's -10°c outside. Well this is obviously the reason why fashion week is so special and magic ! Here is one of my outfit I wore during this NYFW'14.

La fashion week New Yorkaise a bel et bien commencé, il suffit de se rendre au Lincoln center pour s'en rendre compte... On y voit les streetstyles les plus fous, du plus moche -oui oui il faut bien l'avouer- au plus audacieux mais c'est ce qui rend la fashion week si magique ! Cette année j'ai la chance d'assister à quelques défilés alors autant vous le dire mon séjour New Yorkais se passe à merveille ! Visting NY without coming to see the Brooklyn bridge, well that's not an option, so here I am at Brooklyn bridge park taking some outfit pictures ! For this windy day I was wearing my new lovely peplum blazer and a zebra skirt, next time I swear I'll be more careful choosing my outfit when I am going for a waterfront walk -ahah- Hope you guys are enjoying your days as much as I do !

Le Brooklyn bridge c'est un peu le passage obligé de tous les touristes se trouvant à NY, je ne pouvais donc pas me balader sans prendre quelques photos de ma tenue du jour. Last week while shopping online on SoJeans for the sales I had a big crush on this Frankie B jean. This is jean is sincerely perfection with this navy color which shine a little bit. Since I was in a grey/navy mood I choose to match it with a grey sweater, a grey beanie and my blue mirror sunglasses, what do you guys think?

Les soldes, les soldes, même à NYC je n'y échappe pas. En faisant un tour sur SoJeans j'ai totalement craqué pour ce jean signé Frankie B. Ce joli jean bleu foncé incarne selon moi la perfection, tant dans sa coupe que sa matière et sa couleur légèrement pailletée. Si vous aussi vous craquez pour ce genre de jean, alors n'hésitez pas à faire un tour sur le site, à -50% on ne peut pas dire non! Pour cette tenue, j'ai décidé d'associer ce parfait jean à un pull bien confortable et j'ai par la même occasion ressortie mes lunettes Oakley!

During winter season I'm a huge fan of hats and beanies. While shopping in NYC I stumbled upon this cute cloche hat, as you can see I couldn't resist take it back home with me! Regarding the rain, wind, snow and the low temperatures, wearing hats and beanies is a necessity here -I mean literally- Are you guys big fans of these accessories too?

Les chapeaux et bonnets sont mes accessoires préférés durant l'hiver. Lors d'une virée shopping dans les jolies rues de Manhattan, je suis tombée nez à nez avec cette petite merveille, bien évidemment ni une ni deux je l'ai ramené chez moi! Et puis autant être honnête se promener dans New York sans chapeau ou bonnets autant vous le dire : c'est impossible!

I swear I never imagine New York could be so cold! I am literally freezing over here but well the charm of this city help overcome the low temperatures -ahah- and I have to admit waking up to see New York under the snow is kind of magical! Je n'aurais jamais imaginé que New York puisse être à ce point glacial je vous assure je n'étais pas prête à un tel choc thermique! Mais bon il faut bien avouer que voir cette ville s'habiller de son joli manteau blanc c'est plutôt magique. I know it's been quite some time since my last post, but well let's say I take some time off the blog -ahah- but here I am back on board ready for a new year full of new and exciting things! As you might have seen -if you follow me on Instagram- I am in New York where I'll be staying for some time -Yay- so excuse my tired face, pictures have been taken when I arrived here... Well enough about my life, new york is really really cold at the moment so to face this freezing weather I choose to wear a dark blue coat with a dark blue jean and a white blouse I shop on Sojeans last month!

Je sais je n'ai pas posté depuis un petit moment maintenant, disons que j'ai pris plusieurs jours de vacances -ahah- mais je suis de retour en cette nouvelle année, fin prête pour de nouvelles aventures! This black skinny jean is the perfect one to make your day a little bit more rock-n-roll, this will definitely help you fight this freezing weather -okay yes probably just in your head, but well that's still helpful ah ah- Let's be honest the jean isn't enough to fight the cold so I also a grabbed this super cute New Look jacket and put on my shinny boots and here I am ready to rock the cold weather!

Usually wearing yellow isn't my thing, but in my search of cozy and cute sweater for the cold days I stumble upon this cool yellow sweater and crushed on! Really cool sweater, don't you think?

The only thing I like about autumn is the color, I must admit seeing beautiful color over sunset is pretty amazing but still it's way too freezing for me around here! Anyway here is an outfit I am madly in love with : a beautiful peach cardigan with a bcbg kinda shape -nothing is better than a classic!- combined with one of my fav statement necklace, and of course what better than to break the classic style than to wear a snake print jean! What do you guys think about this autumn look?

En règle générale je n'aime pas l'automne, je dois tout de même faire une exception en ce qui concerne les couleurs... mais bon encore faut-il qu'il y est un grand ciel bleu pour que cela me plaise! Quoi qu'il soit aujourd'hui j'ai été chanceuse -à l'exception de la vague de froid présente ruinant un peu le moment mais bon on ne peut pas tout avoir visiblement!- et j'ai eu le droit à un très joli coucher de soleil! J'en ai donc profité pour shooter quelques photos de ma tenue : un joli gilet rose pâle associé à un jean imprimé -oui oui c'est toujours mon péché mignon- J'espère que la tenue vous plaira autant qu'à moi !

Thick textile are the best -at least for me- this kind of textile will always fits you well, it will also add a little something to your look which will make it much classier. This is why I choose to wear this white thick top with a leopard pants, since, you know, leopard can easily become trashy when you do not carefully combine it! Since winter is slowly coming -well not that slowly regarding how cold the city is getting right now- I couldn't leave my beanie at home!

Un haut qui tombe parfaitement, bien coupé et assez épais c'est peu ce que je préfère! Ce genre de top donne tout de suite un air plus chic à votre look, raison pour laquelle je l'ai associé à un jean imprimé léopard. Oui oui une touche de léopard ne s'associe pas avec n'importe quoi à moins de volontairement souhaiter tomber dans le vulgaire! -Chacun ses goûts hein?!- Etant donné que l'hiver se rapproche doucement -quoi que... pas si doucement que ça, il fait bien -20 à l'heure où je vous parle! I was looking around for a nice dark blue jean, the kind of one you can wear with pretty much everything, well the one every girl needs to have! My heart went for this Twist&Tango jean which I found via SoJeans -What? You don't know it? Thanks god I can still wear a skirt with no tights even though october is almost over! Since we got lucky with the weather these past days I went for a nude legs look with a black and white skirt which I combined with my new varsity jacket -I must admit I really love this one!- I hope you guys will like this look as much as I do!

Le mois d'octobre est bientôt terminé et pourtant je me promène toujours les gambettes à l'air -miracle!- Pour honorer cette belle fin de mois j'ai opté pour un look jambes nues avec cette adorable jupe Chattawak associée à mon nouveau et adoré petit blouson chéri.
