Staying in shape, eating healthy and being calm is something we should all care about. I've always been passionate about yoga. Yoga has always attracted me for some reasons... I think the main reasons might be because I find this sport - yes yoga is a sport, believe me - relaxing, full of beauty & truly revitalizing.  Doing yoga can help you in so many ways. All the deep breaths will reset your mind, helping you to stay calm and focused but it will also help you sleep better, boost your immunity and encourage overall health and wellness.
